Visit of researchers from University of York, UK

A team of two members Hannah Jennings and Karen Coales from University of York, UK visited Khyber Medical University of Health Sciences, Islamabad. Dr Saima Afaq, Director KMU Institute of Public Health and Social Sciences, and other team members were also present with the visiting team. Prof Dr Haider Darain (Dean Allied Health Sciences) welcomed the guests and briefed them about the programs offered at KMU Institute of Health Sciences Islamabad. The team members were also briefed about the progress of construction work which is near to completion. The team members had a couple of meetings with students and appreciated efforts of KMU team for establishing the new campus at Islamabad.
