KMU-Institute of Health Sciences Islamabad students' visit to Regional Blood Centre (RBC)

KMU-Institute of Health Sciences Islamabad recently partnered with the Regional Blood Centre (RBC) to provide students with practical experience in various RBC labs. The collaboration aimed to bridge the gap between theory and practice, offering hands-on training in blood grouping, cross-matching, and quality control processes. Experienced RBC professionals served as mentors, guiding students through real-world scenarios with access to state-of-the-art facilities. This mutually beneficial initiative enriched students' education while bringing fresh perspectives to the Regional Blood Centre, fostering a synergy that advances knowledge and practices in the healthcare sector. KMU-IHS Islamabad aims to continue to provide such exposure to the students in the long run.
