The institution will adopt student-centered teaching, boost joint research by 30%, and form at least three clinical partnerships. Every student will receive mentorship, community health camps will be held each semester, and graduates will complete workshops on ethics, communication, and leadership.

Prof Dr Haider Darain
It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences of Khyber Medical University. As the university's largest faculty, we provide a comprehensive and diverse portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate programs designed to shape the future leaders of healthcare.
Our undergraduate studies are structured into two key divisions: Rehabilitation Sciences and Paramedical Sciences. Rehabilitation Sciences offers five distinct programs: Doctor of Physical Therapy, BS in Speech and Language Pathology, BS in Occupational Therapy, BS in Prosthetics and Orthotics, and BS in Audiology. Paramedical Sciences offers 17 specialties programs including BS in Medical Laboratory Technology, Anaesthesia Technology, Cardiac Perfusion, Cardiology Technology, Dental Technology, Renal Dialysis Technology, Emergency Care, Health Technology, Respiratory Therapy and Intensive Care Technology, Radiology Technology, Neurophysiology Technology, Surgical Technology, Endoscopy Technology, Dental Hygiene Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Vision Sciences, and Public Health.
Apart from undergraduate studies, we offer MS and PhD programs in Physical Therapy and Medical Laboratory Technology. We also cater to professional advancement through our transitional programs (Transitional DPT, Occupational Therapy, Prosthetics and Orthotics) and condensed BS programs (BS Respiratory Therapy, BS Cardiology Technology, BS Anaesthesia Technology and BS Neurophysiology). To further academic pursuit, we plan to introduce MS and PhD programs across all our undergraduate specialties.
